Location: Dortmund (Inbound and Outbound)
Working hours: Mon-Thu 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Fri 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Employment type: Full-time, permanent position

Your Responsibilities
As a Helpdesk & Staging Technician (Inbound), you will play a key role in providing technical support to our customers, partners, and internal colleagues. Your tasks include:
Helpdesk Support
- Processing technical inquiries (inbound) via telephone, email, and remote support.
- Analyzing and resolving issues with video surveillance and network solutions.
- Documenting support cases and solution steps in the ticketing system.
Staging activities:
- Preparatory installation, configuration, and commissioning of system hardware.
- Installation and setup of software according to specific project requirements.
- Quality control and testing of devices before delivery to our customers.
Teamwork:
- Working closely with our customers, partners, and colleagues to solve technical challenges efficiently.
- Supporting the further development of internal processes and standards.
What we are looking for
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist, IT systems electronics technician) or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in IT support and/or the installation and configuration of network and video surveillance systems or other security and building management systems.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and network technologies.
- Strong service orientation, communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Fluent in written and spoken German; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Willingness to work exclusively on-site at our HQ location.
