Right in the middle of it
Your tasks
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of video surveillance systems and network infrastructures.
- Analysis and troubleshooting of faults in existing systems.
- Planning and implementation of customized customer projects.
- Carrying out functional tests and quality checks.
- Technical consulting and support for our customers on site or remotely.
- Handling technical inquiries by phone, email, and remote support.
- Project documentation
- The role includes inbound and outbound work: at our headquarters as well as on-site assignments at customer locations. Working from home is not possible.
What we’re looking for
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in IT, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining network and video surveillance systems or other security and building management systems.
- Knowledge of PC and network technology, as well as handling IT end devices.
- Strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for new technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as strong team spirit.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business.
- Good German skills and at least basic English skills.
- Category B driving license.
