For this project, we used solutions with the highest security standards to meet all customer requirements, as the video surveillance system is exposed to heavy workloads in a recycling center. The goal was to replace the existing analog camera surveillance with a modern, network-based system. The new video surveillance system was intended to cover all critical areas across the plant and display the entire recycling process without delay. To achieve this, we used a wide variety of camera models and further developed custom license plate recognition software including visualization.
