Retail Congress Germany 2025 in Berlin was a real highlight for us at VTIS GmbH. Together with our partners from Axis Communications, Hexagon’s physical security solutions (formerly Qognify), and Heer | vi2vi Retail Solution GmbH, we experienced two intensive days full of inspiration, exciting discussions, and valuable exchange.
As a leading provider of video-based security solutions in the retail environment, we particularly value the proximity to the industry that the congress enables every year. This is where retailers, technology partners, associations, and policymakers come together. It’s precisely this mix that makes the event so valuable. The conversations, including the direct dialogue between retail and the Federal Chancellor, once again demonstrated how important a shared understanding of current challenges and future developments is.
For us at VTIS, it was particularly enriching to consciously adopt our customers’ perspective. This change of perspective provides crucial impulses for our daily work. This includes the advancement of intelligent video analytics, the development of holistic security concepts, and the implementation of scalable rollout solutions for branch networks. The requirements of retail are constantly changing, and we continuously develop our solutions to meet them in the best possible way.
