Furthermore, you may grant VTIS technical support staff access to files located on your computer. VTIS uses the files/data on your computer solely for the purpose of performing remote support in accordance with your support request.

All support services provided by VTIS are provided free of charge and “as is” without any warranty. The support services provided by VTIS are not intended to and shall not create any legal relationship between you and/or your employer and VTIS and/or any of VTIS’s affiliates, including, but not limited to, legal obligations of VTIS and/or any of its affiliates to you and/or your employer. The obligations of VTIS and/or any of its affiliates regarding VTIS products purchased by you and/or your employer are governed solely by the contractual terms between VTIS and the company that purchased these products/components directly from VTIS.

For the avoidance of doubt, VTIS provides all SUPPORT services “as is,” without any warranty (either express or implied), including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, result, effort, title, and non-infringement. The entire risk regarding satisfactory quality, performance, ANY LOSSES (including, but not limited to, data loss), accuracy, and results achieved in relation to the SUPPORT services provided herein lies with you and/or your employer, as the case may be. Consequently, VTIS does not guarantee that the SUPPORT services will meet your specific purposes or needs and/or those of your employer.
VTIS DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY AND ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER STATUTORY, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, AND EXCLUDES THESE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT SERVICES.
