We hereby place an order with VTIS GmbH under the general terms and conditions of business to carry out the work listed below:

Important information
A competent person should be available to our service technician as a contact person at the agreed time. The location should be such that the necessary activities can be carried out without danger to persons and to the object itself.

Possible additional costs are accepted by the client for the following circumstances:

For waiting times through no fault of your own.

  • For additional expenses of activities that are based on false information or on
    non-compliance with the instructions in this requirement sheet.
  • For the rectification of faults that were not caused by components supplied and installed by VTIS GmbH.
  • For the rectification of faults caused by incorrect operation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoicing shall be based on the current hourly rates of VTIS GmbH.

Assembly costs are charged according to time and effort. Overtime, night work, work on Sundays and public holidays shall be subject to surcharges¹. Waiting times are considered working hours. Service invoices are payable net immediately. (Basis of calculation as of Jan 2024)

Working hour service technician:142 € net
Online support service fee:35,50 € net / started 15 minutes
Travel time per hour:142 € net
Travel costs per km:0,79 € net
Overnight stay according to local hotel costs:according to effort plus VAT.
Surcharges:from 5 pm to 8 pm - 25%
from 8 pm to 10 pm - 50%
from 10 pm to 12 pm - 75%
from 12 pm to 6 am - 100%
public holidays & Sundays - 125%
